Successes and failures

Well, day one was one of many successes and one failure.  Let's start with my successes, shall we?

I had a fantastic workout at the gym.
I did the yoga video for lower back pain.
I drank lots of water.
I had healthy meals all day.
I blogged. (twice, actually!)
I did some planking.

I failed on the smoking.  I had some leftovers from New Years Eve that I ended up indulging in...oops... But hey, I can't beat myself up about that.  I will keep trying and I will succeed. Tomorrow is a new day!  Im now out of cigarettes and it will only get better from here! 

Here's to the start of my year of health!
